Open-source subpixel-art editor licensed under AGPL 3

Inspired by Japhy Riddle's "Smaller than pixelart" video

This program lets you make pixel-art out of sub-pixels, the 3 very tiny LEDs that actually form up a pixel.

Currently might be buggy and not very efficient. Planned features include:

• Compacting down images (shrinking images horizontally, turning pixels into subpixels)
• Image filters
• Different options for subpixel layouts
• Embedding the project file (the small pixel-sized image) inside of large image exports in way that's hidden
• Selecting/operating on regions.
